As an intern at AllMediaDesk, you will be directly involved in the daily business giving you the chance to gain valuable work experience. With the support of your direct supervisor, you will have the option to apply the knowledge you have learned at university or college and developing yourself personally. Therefore we will give you your own tasks that you can solve independently and will offer you support whenever you need it.

The internship is especially also open to particularly interested people from abroad who would like to use the opportunity to gain international experience in Germany through an internship. With English as the company language and our already very international team, you will quickly find your feet. We also support you with visa, apartment search etc.

An internship at AllMediaDesk should last at least six months and is generally paid by us.

For us, the unique German concept of vocational training combines the benefits of training on the job with great theoretical training at school. The vocational training period will be three years during which you will gain extensive experiences by working for our company and every other week you will attend school to learn the theoretical knowledge for your future profession.

During the time of training, you will gain an IHK certified degree that counts as a professional qualification. AllMediaDesk provides vocational training positions for the following professions:

• Management Assistant for the office management (German: Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement)
• Software Developer, Subject Area: Software Development (German: Fachinformatiker/in Anwendungsentwicklung)
• Software Developer, Subject Area: System Integration (German: Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration)

AllMediaDesk offers the option to complete a dual study program during which you will obtain an academic degree as well as gain great work experience.

During the time, you will alternate weekly attending university and working at AllMediaDesk's office. This gives you the benefit of gaining theoretical knowledge in seminars and lectures, as well as having the unique opportunity to apply the newly acquired skills directly in the department you are working in at AllMediaDesk.

AllMediaDesk will cover all costs of tuition as well as pay an additional compensation directly to you.

It is our aim to offer our students full-time employment after they graduate.

We offer a dual study program in two areas:

Business Administration / Business Studies

Together with the IUBH International University in Düsseldorf, we offer the option to complete a dual study program in the commercial sector. In this course of study, which is scheduled to last seven semesters (3.5 years), a Bachelor of Business Administration will be attained.
During the course of the study, the focus can be placed on either Accounting and Controlling or Human Resources. Depending on the chosen focus, also the tasks will differ that you will work on during the weeks that you spend in our office

Computer Science

Together with the University of Applied Sciences in Niederrhein, AllMediaDesk offers the option to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science as well as an IHK recognized vocational training degree (German “Ausbildung” concept) at the same time

The 12-month trainee program gives you the best starting point to launch your sales career. During the program, you will learn all the necessary skills to support existing customers as well as to win new clients.

During the first two phases of the program, you will gain detailed insights into the media & advertising industry. This will give you a great understanding of how media campaigns are planned as well as how these campaigns are purchased by the media owners.

In the third phase, we promote and develop your soft skills through a seminar concept and thus give you the necessary skills to work successfully in the sales field.

You will also take on responsibility in the team and work on your own tasks for the daily business, for example developing convincing presentations.

By the second third of the trainee program at the latest, you will be able to gain initial experience in sales. During this time you will work closely together with a colleague who will act as a mentor. During this period you will take on more and more responsibilities until you will take over all tasks of a Sales Manager in the final months of the program.

Throughout the entire trainee program, you will work intensively with your direct supervisor as well as external coaches, who will prepare you ideally with the perspective to start as a full-time Junior Sales Manager at AllMediaDesk at the end of the program.
