Matthias Mroczkowski majored in business administration with a focus on marketing at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and has been awarded numerous prizes for young talents, entrepreneurs, and founders.

Before joining AllMediaDesk, he co-founded audimark, a leading sales house for online audio in Germany, where he led the sales team.

Matthias Mroczkowski was also involved in numerous industry associations on a voluntary basis. As chairman of a committee he was responsible for reach surveys for online audio at the German Federal Association of the Digital Economy (BVDW) and was a participant in the IP Audio task force of the agma, the German Joint Industry Committee for reach studies.

Matthias Mroczkowski was recognized as one of the 101 most important digital minds and experts in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia by its Ministry of Economic Affairs together with the publishing house DuMont Schauberg.

Thomas Rogg studied computer science at the RWTH Aachen and TU Dortmund, graduating with a degree in computer science.

Before joining AllMediaDesk, he co-founded the sales house audimark and was responsible for the development of ad server technology for online audio.

Thomas Rogg looks back on many years of experience in the IT sector and has supervised numerous projects in his professional work, including in the field of TV streaming.

In addition to his excellent IT know-how, he has extensive experience in the development of market research models and in working with reach studies. In this context, he was involved in numerous Joint Industry Committees being responsible for reach studies on a voluntary basis.
